TO BE OUR BEST, WE HAVE TO DO OUR BEST. 

  • I promise to learn and greet each guest by name
  • I promise to greet clients before they greet me
  • I promise to care about our clients time they have devoted to us and therefore will make that time efficient and enjoyable
  • I promise to communicate with each client with eye contact, a smile and our customer service vocabulary
  • I promise to gain complete knowledge of both Lavish and Aveda, so that I can answer questions and/or solve challenges the moment they arise
  • I promise to always evaluate my own as well as my peers customer service
  • I promise to create an “above and beyond” atmosphere
  • I promise to fulfill all of Lavish and Aveda’s systems, rituals and guidelines so that each guest receives the best possible care and service
