WELCOME TO THE TOP OF THE PYRAMID.

Appearance + Dress Code

Professionalism is paramount at Lavish. Our appearance and dress code is in place to make our guests as well as yourself, know you mean business. We take this very seriously and reserve the right to send a team member home to change if leadership finds the dress diverting from our standards set below.

  • All Black Attire. Unless otherwise pre-determined by uniforms.
  • We allow you to accessorize with color (i.e. scarf, shoes, belts, jewelry, etc.)

LUXURY LANGUAGE

We wish to convey to our guests a professional, luxurious experience with every phone call, visit or conversation we have with them. Therefore, we have incorporated certain words and phrases we wish you to use and become part of your vocabulary.

WORDS AND PHRASES TO USE AND NOT TO USE

•   Instead of “yeah” or “uh-huh” or “OK” or “sure” you must say: "Certainly" or "Absolutely" or "yes ma’am", "yes sir"

•   Instead of “your welcome” or “no problem” you must say: "My Pleasure" or "Our Pleasure"

•   Instead of “What’s your name?” you must say: "May I have your name please?"

•   Instead of “Let me see” or “Let’s see” you must say: "I can check on that for you" or "I can check our availability"

•   Instead of “What’s your phone number?” you must say: "May I get your phone number please?"

WHERE DO YOU PARK?

Each Lavish location is lease obligated by our landlords to their designated employee parking. Not following this rule can result in a fine and/or towing by the Landlord for the violator.

Plus - all prime parking spots are to be reserved for guests. Here is a list of each locations parking criteria:

•   Webster: Parking lot away from main entrance

•   Baybrook Mall: Designated Employee Parking area

BREAK POLICY

Employees are allotted either two 15 minute breaks or one 30 minute break per shift. Breaks are to be taken only after four consecutive working hours.  Hourly employees must clock-out if they opt for the 30 minute break.

WORK SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS AND TIME OFF POLICIES

It’s very important that each team member fullfills their obligation to their work schedule. Any variations can upset not only the guests your are responsible for, but also for guests throughout the day.

If you are sick, please call the moment you feel you can not come to work. This will allow us to either find replacements or reschedule guests with another service provider.

If you would like to ask off for a particular day, you may do so by clicking the “Time Off” link under + Resources.
